What's the 7-day free trial?
After your account is approved, you get 7 days of full app access — upload records, upload photos, organise data, generate single ID-card-grade photos. The features that let you take the work product out (bulk download, photo ZIP, shared links, bulk export) require a paid plan. Once the 7 days end, your account locks until you pay.
What happens at expiry?
Your account locks immediately on the expiry date — no grace period. Your data is retained, but you cannot add, edit, or download anything until you renew or extend. We recommend renewing 1–2 days before expiry to avoid disruption. If you don't want to renew right now, you can park your data for a year (see Data Parking section above).
What is Data Parking?
A 1-year cold-storage option for customers who want to keep their data but pause active use. We hold your records and photos safely; you cannot log in to view them during parking. To get back, renew a paid plan and your data + access return immediately. Pricing depends on which plan you were on (₹1,299 / ₹999 / ₹2,500 — see above). After 1 year of parking, a 30-day grace period (with email + SMS reminders) precedes permanent deletion.
Can I extend Data Parking past 1 year?
Yes — pay the same parking fee again to extend by another year. Indefinitely renewable as long as you keep paying. The day you decide to use Snaproll again, renew a regular plan and your data is unlocked immediately.
How do extensions work?
Basic and Plus include the option to extend by an additional 3 months for a fixed fee (₹1,250 for Basic, ₹2,500 for Plus). Maximum total duration on Basic and Plus is 6 months. Enterprise covers a full 12 months out of the box and doesn't need extending.
What if I have more than one photo per record?
Snaproll auto-detects extra photo columns in your Excel file (any column whose name ends in _photo, e.g. Father_photo). On Basic and Plus, you can either pay ₹0.35 per extra photo to keep your full plan duration, or accept a pro-rated reduction in duration. On Enterprise, extra photo columns are bundled into the unlimited add-on at ₹2,500 per photo column.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Cancellation stops future renewals — your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't issue refunds for the unused portion. See the Refund Policy for full detail.
Are renewals automatic?
No. We never auto-charge you. When your plan is about to expire, we email a renewal link. You decide whether to continue.
What about GST?
All listed prices are exclusive of 18% GST. The final invoice will show the GST amount as a separate line item.
